    Reducing side lobes of antenna over EBG ground plane

    ebg ground for antenna Hi I have the same problem. I simulated a monopole antenna over ebg.I want to reduce back lobes. I think it's possible with a larg ground plane about 2.5 landa and encreasing the number of ebg patches.but it take's time to get the result.
