Do not understand your query completely.
First question is do you want to add off-set voltage intentionally to actual circuit or do you want to add it for simulation purpose?
If you want to add it for simulation purpose, you can go to part properties (dependent on tool you are using) and add it...
I dont think you will get 3G phone with UART connector, as most of the new devices are having USB which is more popular nowdays.
But you can get USB to RS232 converter easily available, in most of the electronic devices shops or you can ordrer it online. you will get it within 200-300INR. (4-6$)
I am using 2016L100/33 littelfuse PTC in one of our application. I want to know the recovery time for over current.
What I can understand is for short circuit current, recovery time will be more as higher tempearture will be generated due to large inrush current.
But for overcurrent, typically...
Hi,
Your output capacitor calculations are depends on switching current requirements & not on contineous current requirements.
e.g. If you are having switching circuit on down side with 1ms on time & 2A current requirments, then you need to have a O/P capacitor which can deliver charge for 12V...
I am having power supply with I/P 115V-60Hz, 1.9A AC & O/P 24V 6A DC. What if I plug it directly into 115V-50Hz supply.
What I can understand is transformer may heat up due to operating it at lower fequency, as it will store more energy than expected. Is there any other thing I need to...
To reduce cost & components, Use LDO for 12V, DC/DC for 5V & again LDO for 3.3V but I/p of LDO connected to 5V o/p instead of directly to the battery. with battery application, I dont think current requirement is more than 1A.
For higher current, Instead of using new IC, in datasheet itself they have given PNP based higher current circuit, which is very useful as well as simple..
@harii74, even circuit what you have given looks good for me but it will have all the power dissipation across single transistor while in...
To calculate the Power, you need to use instantaneous current & instantaneous voltage and then multiply it to get the I/P power, but since its not convenient to measure this, we will normally use average power I/P, which will be calculated by Irms * Vrms. If other control part is consuming the...
Hi,
To select surge protection device you first need to decide what energy level surge you are expected on your system. To decide hat level of protection you need, following link will be useful.

TVS diodes and MOVs are particularly used for...
Hi Narendra,
It is not necessary, normally it is used to reduce noise in Vref by additional regulator so that ADC O/p will be noise free.
To calculate ADC O/P,
For 12 bit ADC, max count is 4096.
Now 4096 is equal to Vref,
so in your case, for given I/p you can calculate O/p count =...
Hi,
If you can share schematic and details of O/P capacitor & inductor it will be useful.
From first sight, it looks like a problem with O/p inductor and Capacitor filter. Recommend you to add O/P capacitor of 10 to 22uf with very low ESR (2-5mOhm range) in parallel with existing one.
Hi Narendra,
Assuming your PS voltage is 5V
1) Use low ripple LDO to convert Power supply voltage to somewhere between 2.5V to 3.3V from 5V. and connect O/P of LDO to Vref pin
2) Now use signal processing/filters to make I/P signal noise free and also amplify the max I/P to 90-95% of Vref. (eg...
Dear, this is electronic world.. :)
Just go to mouser and order it using credit or debit card.
this site is reliable and you will get delivery within week.
One alternate way, call Arrow guys, they also can give you fast...
