For example we have two discret signals like x[n] and h[n], convolution among those two signals is signal y[n] and formula is:
y[n]=x[n]*h[n]={x[k]h[n-k]
where * is a symbol of convolution { iz a SUM that goes from k=-infinity to k=+infinity.
This is applied very much in DSP...
You need do download servicepack for matlab ( i think this will upgrade your matlab 7 to matlab 7.1).... The problem is with 64 bits arhitecture...I think this is solution on your problem...
