I have to calculate amplitude and phase balance of equal split (1:2) power divider in ADS can anybody provide me information for this approach that how can i plot amplitude balance and phase balance in ADS software
I am in a dilemma that for this high frequency design if i use distributed resistors it will create parasitic effects at the terminals(1206,0805). And if i use thin film resistors as lumped resistors . So are they modelled during simulation prior to fabrication . I mean i have no basic idea...
For Broadband(6-16GHz) Design of Power Divider i have to use different resistors. And my design is approx. 0.48" * 1.24" and if i use (1206,0805 or 0603) thin film resistors then their size is not compatible with power divider . so my question is what kind of resistors are used in such a broad...
Thanku, now i am visualising.
I have to design a broadband multisection wilkinson power divider (3 section) the isolation resistor values are like 107 ohm, 211 ohm and 400 ohm, now the query is before Em structure modelling i must know SMD resistors dimensions then only the whole coordinates...
Please any one suggest me if a microstrip multisection power divider can be drawn in the circuit schematics window then why we use EM simulation to design the same component.
