    I do not know how the math works, but as far as I know the frame length of higher signals (E2/E3/../T2/T3/...) are not related in any technical way to the basic E1 or T1. The relations, such as T2 = 2 * T1 or E2 = 4 * E1, are correct from an organizational point of view, and I think it is not...
