Does HSIM support assura rcx generated spice netlist?

I have generated a hspice netlist after assura rcx but I am unable to simulate it using Hsim however I can do it using Hspice. Is there a way to generate rcx netlist so that Hsim will support it?

Is there a tool that can do a logic verification on hspice based netlist?

I tried to google. I couldn't find its user manual. What I could find is that it is a fast spice simulator. I want something that will not actually solve full spice. Instead just consider each transistor as switch and do a logic simulation.

Is there a tool that can do a logic verification on hspice based netlist?

Hello Group, I have a design created in Hspice. I want to verify this hspice netlist against some input stimuli. Is there a tool that I can use for this? For example, Suppose I designed a 4 bit counter using T FFs. Is it possible to verify if the counter is functionally working correct...

    alpha strike simulation Hspice

I looked few papers where they use double exponential. I would be using .25um technology. I couldn't find a way to calculate Q (charge) deposited after an alpha strike of energy E. Is there a formula so that I can calculate Q value in double exponential model if i have doping information and...

    alpha strike simulation Hspice

Can we do it for alpha particle or just with heavy ions? Could you please refer any paper where alpha is modeled as double exponential.

doping concentration of substrate and diffusion in 250 nm TSMC

Hi, How can I know the doping concentration of P+/P-/n+/n- in 250 nm TSMC process. I have to do a device simulation of NMOS/PMOS in Sentaurus where I would need the doping concentration. Is there any paper where I can know approx doping concentration that matches with reality.

    How to amplify 1nA current

I am using TSMC .25 micron thick oxide Technology. Is it possible to to amplify 1nA current to 10 nA when MOS will have leakage in nA range?

Diff amp for negative input and negative reference input.

Below is a diff amp I am planning to use to read value from a capacitor. I will be using a saw tooth reference voltage and output will be high when vref>Vin else low. Problem is my input voltage is negative dc voltage. Can you suggest me how to change my circuit? .param + Lch = 500n +...

[Moved] How to detect nA current

Re: How to detect nA current I think its better to provide you some more detail about my circuit. I want to make a photon detector circuit. Photons will fall on a photo-cathode that will generate elections(photo electric effect). It generate elections that can be modeled as a Gaussian current...

[Moved] How to detect nA current

Re: How to detect nA current Currently I am using 2fF cap. if I increase the cap, I am getting less voltage across cap(q=cv). My current source vary from 1nA to 23nA. Is there anything else I can do?

[Moved] How to detect nA current

Re: How to detect nA current How to discharge the capacitor? as when I use MOS, it also has its own noise in cutoff region.
