Thank you for the reply.
I checked out Wago - don't see too many company sites that are a numerical address instead of a named address - I understand completely now.
Since they have ebooks available to download I am taking advantage of that - love to learn new information.
I'm sure things...
Thanks for the reply.
What I am specifically looking to figure out is how power (W) through the circuit relates to the temperature that the resistors will generate as the purpose of this little experiment is to create a heating / warming plate for my coffee / tea cup.
It's a simple / somewhat...
Hi;
I am going to build a coffee cup warmer plate using resistors - as an experiment.
Instead of using a USB port from my computer I am going to use a 5V, 700mA cell phone charger.
Using Ohms Law I have calculated that I there will be 7.14\[\Omega\] of resistance so I have ordered 3 x...
Not sure what the schematic is from - I just wanted to start looking at schematics to practice identifying components so I did a quick search online and found a few pics to look over.
So in this case I would imagine then that when the foot switch is pressed it would connect the purple and white...
Ok.
Thanks for the replies.
One more example below - in this pic, the one on the left side has nothing connecting to the points other than the one wire.
What would be the purpose of this connection / terminal?
Thanks again.
Hi - Just brand new to electronics.
I would like to ask for some assistance to identify some objects in a schematic.
Thank you for any assistance.
Here's a pic with the items - the square bars with the red arrows pointing to them.
