do you mean to over-drive the led with 32mA current and that average current through the led is 32mA / 16 = 2 mA
is this current will be able to bright the led ? or i misunderstand you ?

hi all i have an application that work very well under xp sp1 then i upgrade my system to xp sp2 and try to run that application under it but it not working .

excuse me blueroomelectronics you right and i will post this file again , and i am sorry about this prif sch , i use tow shift registers 4094 to drive the tow rows and four chips of 4514 to drive the 64 columns .
