I have a similar problem as eses23. I have the HSPICE netlist for TSMC's 28nm pdk. It contains the BSIM4 (v4.5) models for all of the nmos and pmos devices plus everything else in the kit. It's over 330,000 lines long, hundreds of librarys, subcircuits, models, and thousands...
