finally ended up with getting 100m range with NRF905 module.
After the purchase I come to know, there is NRF24l01+ with PA (PowerAmplified) is there with long range.
However, Im going to buy new pairs modules.
1)NRF24L01 + PA + LNA Wireless Module : Promissing 1100Meters range with antenna...
Yah, that's what my plan is. Putting antennas at good height.
My confusion is, there are many types of antennas, which one to use?, what all the aspects i have to consider in when selecting?.

The Specs od NRF905 are:
output power up to 10dBm.
sensitivity of -100dBm.
Included LNA antenna.
Any additional antennas like Yagi antanna can make range differance?
I am doing project to help rural people to control motors, water supplies of their farm remotely.
By some researchers I have found some modules

no, that is different, time not automatically incrementing whatever i do in that case,
1)this is time not updating when, i replaced battery of DS1307, i did time editing menu in program using push buttons, after replacing battery, ds 1307 will become blank, and i edit time in programmed menu...
I Did DS1307 based clock circuit with GLCD, and aslo did time editing menu as well,
My problem is,
whenever i Edit time by Write_time() by programming(with pc) its works good (When DS1307 is blank, battery replaced),
if i did same through menu that is in the program it will just saves value and...
yahh,, difference of initial & final time is the thing i did before (in program). i gave 30 seconds delay(in simulation) from 0-60 but showing random values like 190,228,,,,
acceleration means, bike taken time to go 0 km/h to 60 km/h in seconds, that i calculated at last,
first 0km/h time value to eeprom & 60 km/h time value to eeprom,
when i want to show values : read from eeprom transformed hex to int, and converted minutes to seconds,
then subtracted 60Km/h time...
