There No such cmd as I know. I am planning to say use .lib file to check, but that's no better than grep in timing report. So the fastest way is here as you mentioned: grep from timing report.
we need pre and post because we can not clearly know the qor of the design, and the simulation is maybe only functional, so we need to do it again and again to make sure of it.
there's a 28nm digital lib. And some are poly bias are diff from others, just like positive poly bias or negtive poly bias . I just dont know the
difference, any reply will be helpful , thanks!
I'm using NCX 200906 to build lib files with hspice simulation result, i am prety sure my hspice can work perfectly, but when i run this script :
set model_file ./TD-LO13-SP-2006V0R/l013_io33_v1p0.mdl
#set model_file ./hspice/hspice_tt.mdl
#set model_file ./hspice/hspice_ss.mdl
#set model_file...
this is the command i type in b shell:
calibre -xrc -phdb -nowait -turbo Header.conf | tee pexrunlog_phdb.log
calibre -xrc -pdb -rcc -nowait -turbo Header.conf | tee pexrunlog_pdb.log
calibre -xrc -fmt -rcc -nowait Header.conf | tee prerunlog_fmt.log
and problem appear:
command:calibre -xrc...
