you all should review your builds again even if someone else has the same problem ... I saw your circuit and the right hand side has some inverted letters " Is that an indication for something in the real world ?"
Hi ... why you don't just apply the PWM signal to the low side transistors and leave the 5v continuous ON to the high side to avoid problems with the BS capacitor ... and 5v Vdd is working with 12v motor just fine so you should use 15V Vdd when working up to 500v .

I've checked the mentioned diodes and they are good ... the issue was with the 7408 AND gate that provides the Hin and Lin ... they were both high due to error in the input signal from Arduino... so there was a shoot through in the IR2110 ... both IR2110 are damaged and replaced...

Excuse me guys ... you may ground the gate with a 1k resistor ... so it keeps off while off state instead of the floating condition ... the MOSFET Gate charge causes that error .
Hi every one ... For ATMEGA644 I use the MOSI, MISO, SDK, Reset lines for programming ... then if I want to establish communication to drop commands to the program I use the RX&TX lines ... I'm using the FTD232RL USB-UART chip ...
So If that applies to the PIC18F66K22 so that could be the reason
