Dynamic Biasing
I would like to design a dynamic biasing of VCC, depending on the input signal of Power Amplifier. Pls suggest me which topology should l use to control the VCC of main PA.
Dear,
Please suggest me in Design of Power Amp
Specifications
Bandwidth 10.5Ghz ~ 11.5 GHz
Output power at 1db compression point 5W
Gain - 30dBm at 1 db compression
Gain Flatness 2dBm
Pls suggest me about it
Thanks
Pls,
I want to design two-port amp.
Tx of 1mW at port 1 is amplified to 1 W at port 2 (Rx).
Rx is supplied at port 2 and amplified to 40dB at port 1 with less noise.
Freq 1.8 to 2 GHz
Ref Impedance 50 ohm
Supply Volt 3 V.
I need reference to design above specification.
Pls advice ...
