    Differential Power Amplifier

Hey, I was wondering how to design a differential PA, so basically you have two common source amplifiers which are connected to a transformer with a center tap. How do you do load pull on a differential pair to know the optimum load impedance for the transistor? Do you just use one single...

    Ohm/sq to Siemens/m conversion

So basically \[\frac{S }{m}=\frac{1}{\frac{ohm}{sq}*t}\] where t is the thickness of the material.

    Ohm/sq to Siemens/m conversion

Hey, In the PDK that I am using the sheet resistance of the metal layers is in Ohm/sq, does anyone know what this sq means and more importantly how to converter this unit to Siemens/m. I need Siemens/m for ADS metal stack definition.

    analogue comparators

is there an analogue comparator which will output the smallest value of its input instead of giving 3.3v or 0v as an output

    Voltage Mirror at 1.5v

could u explain what a rail to rail op amp is? Does it have to do with the common mode input range ?

    Voltage Mirror at 1.5v

Vcc= 3.3v Black square wave is the input, and i want to mirror that over the 1.65v horizontal line so i get the green square wave. Does anyone have an idea of how u could do that ??

    Minimum peak detector

Yeah u are right, there should be dead time in between. The drawing i made is just bad :S

cant use microcontoller its IC. Seems like a though question...

    Minimum peak detector

I have converted Pulse width into an amplitude(that is what u see there, the max always occurs on the falling edge of that PWM). So getting the minimum peak will give me the smallest pulse width. I've thought about use a CMOS latch storing those peaks and then using a comperator to find out what...

    Minimum peak detector

I need to detect the minimum peak of a sawtooth signal and output it. Does anyone have an idea how i could do that? EDIT:Maybe i should clarify, using CMOS circuit design.
