Hey,
I was wondering how to design a differential PA, so basically you have two common source amplifiers which are connected to a transformer with a center tap.
How do you do load pull on a differential pair to know the optimum load impedance for the transistor? Do you just use one single...
Hey,
In the PDK that I am using the sheet resistance of the metal layers is in Ohm/sq, does anyone know what this sq means and more importantly how to converter this unit to Siemens/m. I need Siemens/m for ADS metal stack definition.
Vcc= 3.3v
Black square wave is the input, and i want to mirror that over the 1.65v horizontal line so i get the green square wave.
Does anyone have an idea of how u could do that ??
I have converted Pulse width into an amplitude(that is what u see there, the max always occurs on the falling edge of that PWM). So getting the minimum peak will give me the smallest pulse width. I've thought about use a CMOS latch storing those peaks and then using a comperator to find out what...
I need to detect the minimum peak of a sawtooth signal and output it. Does anyone have an idea how i could do that?
EDIT:Maybe i should clarify, using CMOS circuit design.
