    @hock Did you notice the pink area at the top of the plot? It's not any radiation sensor output. The signal is from a combinational circuit.

    Please suggest a mos circuit to amplify 5mV peak spike like input to square pulses(full swing). The width of a spike is around 1nsec. A sample input is shown in the file attached.[/img]
