Can you suggest any VCO parts operating at the 16kHz range? I suppose one can implement the phase shifting with the same VCO to do the subtraction?

Does anyone know an analog technique to remove a sinusoidal baseline from an input signal before the ADC? The sinusoidal baseline is 16khz and is significantly larger than the real signal which is 16+ khz to 30Mhz. A high pass filter is an option but it will...
