For IR2110, without low side MOSFET, the bootstrap capacitor cannot be charged. How can i solve the problem on driving isolation NMOS with high side driver only?

Hi All,
Recently i have played the RTC DS1307 and works fine with continuous 5V supply.
However, when i try to connect the backup battery and cut the 5V supply for one day...and then give the 5V supply again...discovered that the clock has been slowed down....
what are the possible reasons...
Same circuitry as shown in the diagram ... but still failed in communicating when both 5V Vcc and 3V Vbat are applied...
is there any cocerns such as grounding of layout or reset of some registers?

i would like to 2 i2c devices (slaves), ds1307 real time clock and eeprom 24c256 with 8051 (master).
can both slaves share the same SCL and SDA pin, which means that using only 2 pins to interface two slaves rather than separately (4 pins)??

i am facing a problem of exceeding the limit of code space (2k) when using Keil C compiler....
is there any methods to reduce the code size?
or other user-friendly compilers to use instead of Keil C?
