[SOLVED] Shift down voltage level from 1.8V to 0.9V

Thank you for your reply, due to that resistor is area consuming, I prefer a MOSFET configuration, is there any common way for this? - - - Updated - - - Thank you! This classic configuration is good enough! Plz refer to https://www.edaboard.com/threads/151498/ Best regards

[SOLVED] Shift down voltage level from 1.8V to 0.9V

Dear all I need to design a circuit which used to shift down a logic level from 1.8V to 0.9V. I search in the google and ieeexplore, but all the references and papers are designed for level-up. Due to this is a tiny structure, so that this structure maybe just mentioned as part of a whole...

Cadence Wavescan Coordinate of trace cursor display problems

Dear Everyone I am trying to observe some output curve by Wavescan. When I use trace cursor, try to get the value of the curve, the coordinate on the left bottom cannot display normally (messy code). I use SSH and WIN32 to connect to the server to use Cadence. I suspected the problem was the...

Please Help Single Ended Folded Cascode

Have you done the hand calculation? For your design, to achieve the 600Mhz UGB, the Gm of differential input stage should be at least 300uA/V, so plz check is that Gm1 lower than the 300uA/V. If it does, you can try to increase the bias current to increase the Gm1.

How to calculate the input impedance?

Hello, I am a newbie of IC. And these days, I really confuse about the "input impedance". According to TWO-PORT, for a VCVS, we should open the output to calculate the input impedance, and for a VCCS, we should short the output to calculate the input impedance. But for a OPAMP or OTA, should I...
