By using QPSK we can code 4 times better than PSK
Maybe you have to understand more about QPSK first :)

They have the same way in multiplexing (code division)
But the WCDMA one have a bigger frequency (5MHz) compare to CDMA (1,25MHz)
About data rate, WCDMA ofcourse will sent data packet faster

As 800MHz is a lower freq compare to 1800MHz, the lower one will have a bigger cell capacity
The higher freq will has a smaller cell capacity if we use the same power to transmit the signal
