Thx. I know that crystal oscillators would be suitable but I still do not know how would it work.(Had a look at couple of video with a +5V Vcc, ground and Output which gets a sine waveform). Would that be that simple?

I need to create a signal generator with quite good stability at 30MHz frequency(would be better if frequency can vary too). Which is the best component to use in this case?(I had a look at crystals and crystal oscillators).
