Hi , i am tring to simulate CNTFET in silvaco atlas ,but when i want to have self-heating effect i use lat.temp model give me an error :
Error: No default thermal conductivity model for material CMO.
Please specify model
what do ia have to do?
i have a problem with pointer in altuim 14.3
when i drag point with my mouse the pointer change to plus and i have to click to comeback pointer.
pls help me
