I came to know about amplitude tapering. Initially I am trying Taylor method.
Do you know about how amplitude tapering is done in LTE base station antenna. Someone told me SRS is used for calculation of amplitude weights but I couldn't understand it.
There is a option in CST in farfield plot called Array. It helps to predict farfield calculation of antenna arrays from your single element. I am using single patch to predict plot for 8 elements in vertical array.

I have run into a problem.
The distance between center to center of 8 patches have to be same. At the same time, the striplines A&B need to be equal. Somehow, I can't solve both the problems simultaneously. I tried a lot of calculations.

I was looking at my patch in horizontal polarization. It simply solved my problem by rotating patch in 90 degrees. (It was a simple solution) My HBW becomes 67 degree and VBW will be reduced because of vertical array design.

My patch antenna design:
Frequency - 2.3 GHZ, ε - 2.64, h - 1.6mm
Horizontal Beam Width(HBW) - 82.3 degree
Vertical Beam Width (VBW) - 67 degree
Observations:
1. Increasing width leads to decrease in VBW.
2. No change in HBW with changing length instead it shifts the resonating frequency...
