I face a strange problem....
1.The ULN gets heated very quickly.
2.I get varied results every time i power up the circuit...

Check the receiving signal on an oscilloscope...if the signal is weak i guess u need to amplify it...

I have wired them properly....when connected them to the controller the applies Vcc to centre taps and when tested it using a 12V battery I had them open circuit and connected the two phases to the source one by one...thee connections are right i guess...
