I've file of a project used PIC16F628 in HEX format UNFORTUNATELY. can any body convert it to ASM format or otherwise an explained method PLEASE as I wanna burn it by using MPLAB?

Hello guys
I've designed a circuit based on PIC16F628 that counts the heart beat of humen in beat per minut bpm, with a bad luck I've stucked in the conversion of pulses from secondes to minutes as the heart beat must be in minut.
Note: I'm using assembly language.

Actualy there is a software called oscilloscope v2.51 you can use it but unfortunately i don't have it. if any one has this software or web link please help (doxology).
