The maximum TCK clock transition time of C5000 and C6000 is lower than 3ns...
Perhaps XDS510PP's buffer is not satisfied this condition...

I've found something about tds510 in a site of china...
It's helpful for revealing the secrets of TI jtag's...
In order to make xds510 clone, I think more information is needed....

cy7c68013 is just download the host PC's driver...
and EEPROM contains BootCode(1byte) + VID + PID
