I'm simulating a simple FSS. The solution frequency is 20THz. The dimensions of the structure are 8x11microns (x,y), and 40microns (z), including dielectric, airbox and PML, so that, I think this is correct.

When I'm trying to simulate a simple structure with HFSS v10, I get this error:
"Initial mesh, process mesh3D:Error while opening or writing the mesh files"
"Simulation completed with execution error on server:Local machine"

Thank you for your help, but I cannot find "advanced option" for PML. I use HFSS v9 and all related to PML that I was able to find is shown in the attached picture.

Thank u! I'd never used Incident Wave before. So, the wave ports have to be created at the top and the bottom of the structure, right? If you could have a look at the picture attached and tell me whether it's correct, I would solve my headache! Thank u!
