Hi my friends,
Please, can some one on you explain on me how inM3²=B inM2² if M3 et M2 are two similar Pmos transistors and inM2² and inM3² are the output current noise of M2 and M3. Why it is not inM3²=B² inM2² ??
Thank you in advance

Hi all,
I need this paper" Optimization and Design of a Low Power Switched Current A/D-ΣΔ-Modulator for Voice Band Applications"
Please, can some one of you give me this one..
My best Regard to all
Noise analysis
Hi all of you,
I read in some document the noise model of a classic Bandgap Circuit. In the attached files, we show the schematic and the noise model of this circuit:
Iwould like to understand, how this noise model is given (with details)???
I need an answer as soon as...
Hi to all,
Please, I need some links or books or papers that explaine how to get the Noise equation of a CMOS transconductance amplifior (Miller Amplifior)
Best Regards
Hi to all,
I am interested in modeling (setting equation) the PSRR of a Bandgap circuit shown below. This why,we must make the equivalent small signal schematic of this circuit and then we express the gain between a signal at Vcc and the output of the BG.
The problems:
1) Does the lateral...
Re: Need Comment from Designer: Why Flicker Noise is Critica
Hi waiheng318,
I think that each circuit that functionning in the low frequency is sensitive to the fliker noise such as the audio applications.
Hi tony_taoyh,
Thank you for your help and sorry for my late replay
I think that the probléme is on the transmission Gate because when I test the spectrum of the ideal modulator i used an ideal amplifior
My request now is:
What are the simulations that you should do to confirm the origin of...
Hi,
I designed a SC Sigma Delta ADC with its different compenents: TG, feedback TG,OTA, Latch Comparator .
But when I analyzed its spectrum to have 14 bits , I obtained these results:
**The ENOB of the modulator with a real OTA (13.31 bits) is better than the ENOB of the modulator with an...
Hi,
I designed a SC Sigma Delta ADC with its different compenents: TG, feedback TG,OTA, Latch Comparator .
But when I analyzed its spectrum to have 14 bits , I obtained these results:
The first one is a superposition of all spectrum:
**The ENOB of the modulator with a real OTA (13.31 bits)...
