Ideal sinwave has only one tone in the spectrum. Does your 56dB or 100dB represents the tone's amplitude? Or a minus value represents other frequency noise?

I think the models given by a foundry is related to their process. A good model should reflect the devices electrical characteristics precisely. You can use the model to determine whether final tape out results meet your requirement...
