    Try www.tdk.com, and into the component division. I think if you use these capacitor in ac line in, you must choose x1 or x2 type capacitor (for safty purpose).

    Hi, You can search web site for MIL-HDBK-217F (HANDBOOK FOR RELIABILITY PREDICTION OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT). Or MIL-HDBK-781A (HANDBOOK FOR RELIABILITY TEST METHOD). I think you can fin some where to get this book. Hope this can help

    general purpose switching FET

    Hi, I think you can use 2N7000 (TO-92) or 2N7002 (SOT-23), It's rating is similar to 2N2222, detail spec. you can find from many semiconductor manufacture. Hope this can help.

    Problems with tantalum capacitor after leaving it on board for some time

    tantalum capacitor burned Hi, I work in the power supply field. We don't want to use tan. cap. Because It's life is alway a problem. If I need small size and high ripple curent rating capcitor, I will use OS-CON capcitor or multi-layer ceramic smd type capacitor.
