type capacitor (for safty purpose).

I think you can use 2N7000 (TO-92) or 2N7002 (SOT-23),
It's rating is similar to 2N2222, detail spec. you can find from
many semiconductor manufacture.

I work in the power supply field.
We don't want to use tan. cap.
Because It's life is alway a problem.
If I need small size and high ripple curent rating capcitor, I will use OS-CON capcitor or multi-layer ceramic smd type capacitor.
