I am looking to minimize the energy consumption per bit for in wireless sensor network with the help of incorporating cooperative MIMO techniques.
Please help me with source code (Matlab/ns2) for simulating such scenarios.
I need to calculate the snr of the received signal at different location.
snr is given by
ρ_m=(αL_m)/σ^2
where
L_m=cD_m^(-r) is the path loss factor
α is the transmit power
D_m is the distance from the signal source
so i need to calculate the snr at different distances D_m from the source...
Yeah....i referred to IEEE 802.22 standards....but i feel hard to get it. Digital tv spectrum seems to be in atsc or ntsc format.
I want to know how to model those digital tv signals in atsc or ntsc format which is not clear in papers...
