    metal with different thickness

    Any suggestions on what type of metal to use? Is "Normal" model the best one to use for inductors modeling, or would Single Sided Metal model be more accurate? Thanks

    transimpedance amplifier output stage??

    I am designing a single ended wide band transimpedance amplifier for up to 2.5Ghz. does any body have a good suggestion for an output stage that is to be terminated across a 50 ohm resistor or acorss a series 1F cap and a 50 ohm resistor that wont severely kill my gain and bandwidth. Thanks

    i am beginner,how to study analog circuit design?

    theres no easy way, you have to sit down with a book and just try to do everything they are doing. I think a good book to start with is Razavi analog ic design book and gray and meyers analog ic design book. Razavi is more CMOS while the other gives a good blend of both CMOS and BJT.

    how to enhance BW without using inductors???

    I need to design a TIA and I can not use any inductors. How would I go about this if I am using an inverter based TIA? I am getting a gain that exceeds what I need, but my BW is not great. I need to push it out more? Anybody have an idea? Thanks

    Which RF simulator is Better ! ! !

    I think that @ds or spectreRF would be fine. They arent that hard to use, try those.
