what is the parameter which can be used in SVM classifier to calculate the efficiency of the system?
I used Support Vector Machine as classifier for humoments generated for binary image.
I installed OpenCV in ubuntu and worked on it. Now i would like to install it on windows but i found that it needs visual studio. is there any open source software which runs on windows to run OpenCV?
Suggest me some and Please give links for installation guides.

an 32 bit processor can address only up to 4GB memory. Then some processor can allow external memory up to 32GB. Then how 32GB is addressed in 32bit processor? Please tell the concept behind this addressing.

a 16 bit micro controller can address upto 2^16=64KB of memory, while a 32 bit microcontroller can address upto 2^32 =4GB of memory. Based upon your application requirement of memory addressing you can choose between 32 bit or 16 bit.
consider you are having an image with more than one cricket balls of identical color . how can i localize or detect any one particular ball?
consider that both ball and background has same color.
