I am using MeshBee module having JN5168 microcontroller. I am having problem with the MeshBee module start-up (cold-start) current consumption.
The MeshBee module consumes a large current spike, as seen in the attached oscilloscope screenshots.
Can anyone guide, why this is happening?

Hi,
I have to design a 10W power supply to convert the 220V mains supply voltage to drive a piezoelectric actuator using half bridge topology.
310V DC link voltage will be switched at 72kHz and resulting square/trapezoidal wave will be applied to piezoelectric actuator at resonance.
I should...
I am making a Piezoelectric actuator driving circuit using Half Bridge. I have to make it work at 220Vrms, 60Hz line voltage. Currently I am testing it at 100Vrms, 60Hz voltage. The line voltage is rectified and converted to DC link Voltage. IR2153S is used as driving chip to drive piezoelectric...
The primary input inductance is 15mH, having 323 turns, DC resistance of 28-ohm using 0.1mm dia wire of AWG-38. I need to do impedance matching with Piezoelectric material, which requires this inductance value.
All the papers i read on Piezoelectric energy harvesting, they use inductors or...
I am designing a DC-DC converter for impedance matching of my piezoelectric energy harvester with flyback converter. The switching frequency of the dc-dc converter is about 1kHz. The voltage is around 20V and current is about 2mA.
I made a transformer using EPCOS EFD 20/10/17 B66417U0160K187...
Hi,
i have following smd device mounted on our PCB. pcb board has diode symbol for this device and it given 0.7v with multimter connected on its two output.
Can anyone identify this device? it has two parts one in the center and one on the side.

I have attached the screen-shot of my Agilent oscilloscope screen.
The output pulses on Channel-1 has about 4 micro second pulse-width pulses (yellow).
In the figure the Mode selected is "Normal", but when i select "Peak-detect" on "Acquire mode" in oscillosope, all the pulses are shown almost...
