Re: charging a lcr6v12p1
I checked it with my multimeter, knowning what probe connects to ground, and what to v+, i connected the probes to the respective campls on the charger (+ to + and - to -). The voltage showed up as -7.04. So that's basically ground, IMO
The battery still acts weird. I...
I've got a Panasonic lcr6v12p1 battery. specs on it say 6V 12AH/20HR.
It's a lead-acid "sealed" type. It was dead when i got it (like really dead, output was under 0.7V).
it also says constant voltage charge : 7.3-7.5 (initial currenty less than 4.8), standby use: 6.8 - 6.9.
I have a car...
i have a few l298 lying around, and i want to implement microstepping with them.
they have a "sense" pin, commoned the sinking transistors. i don't want to use that - because it will add a series resistance with my stepping motor.
is it ok if i ground the pins?
also, how exactly is the "load...
Re: What is BlueTooth
Simply put, this is blue tooth: **broken link removed** :D
On the tech side, bluetooth is a wireless comm protocol, which is enjoying a very popular use today from mobile apps to tiny networking. You can find tons more info about it, on wikipedia...
I've received a display from a broken fixed (non-mobile) phone. I've been told nothing more than this.
The display has 9x20 tiny characters (counted..). It's not a color display. I also received an enclosure with it. It has got a lm3578 SMPS regulator, and a bunch of transistors. That's pretty...
icd2 protocol
I know this is the birth place of an (in)famous stream of Microchip's ICD2 clones. Heh :)
Over the years i owned three. But since I'm working with assembly, the time has come for me to upgrade to C/Pascal/Basic, anything high level.
Most IDEs can program the chip after they...
add an inverted A over C.
ideally, the sound waves from the mic and from the stereo should cancel eachother. but since the mic is not ideal, nor placed in an ideal position, you might hear some audio artefacts.
uln2803 hot
I'm making a stepper driver with ULN2803. It's working, but the IC heats up very quickly. I'm not using microstepping. I'm using two outputs paralleld together, totaling one ULN IC per driver (8 outputs / 2 = 4 outputs, as needed for uniploar driving).
Is it safe to operate the ULN...
