I am attempting to characterise the Dynamic Power of a CMOS inverter in Hspice and then verify it using the formula- sf x Cload x Vdd^2 where sf is the switching factor.
What I am essentially doing is-
.measure TRAN AVG POWER
for the transition periods, i.e. during the high to low...
