In practically we are using our pid in temperature control,but it not giving the 100% control out put,auto tuning is done by ZNFD method

any one can tell me the controll out put equation of a pid,i am using the conventional pid equation that studied from text books,but it is not working practically in a control field

i need to make nine 0-1v from nine seperate milli volt ranges,while i am doing this one, facing a big problam that my pcb getting very big size,my device require 90x90 industrial standard size
and it also requires somany span and zero adjustment,i used here LM741 opamp for signal conditioning...
now i got a project 'PID temperature controller',controller input is milli volt and out put is 4-20 mA
please help me by giving a better control algorithm, thanking you all
