how i can shitf the phahse 90° in high frequency

hello another time thanks for the help, well here i upload my oscillator circuit the problem that i have is this the out put drop when i put a charge in this case the filter low pass, for example my output frequency is ok 2.25 Mhz and y voltage is 2.53 Vpp but when i put a charge my voltage frop...

how i can shitf the phahse 90° in high frequency

well i probed this circuit that i uploaded, well the problem is that only i have chance in phase 15° no more so what i can do???? and the output have much noise the transistor that i'm using is BF199 and u can see the R and C that i'm using so pls suggestions  and the frequency is 2.25 Mhz...

how i can shitf the phahse 90° in high frequency

thanks for your help, i will try to use the filter because is a project that i have here in mexico and i must use the most cheap device that i can found for the filter i can use ceramic capacitor???? or another type???

how i can shitf the phahse 90° in high frequency

well i have my local oscillator (2.25 Mhz) but i can't shift phase in 90° forward the problem is the high frequency i can't use Opams, so some here, have a circuit that can shift phase 90° forward, i can use transistors??? or maybe only RC circuits???? this signal i will input in one mixer so...

    Doppler ultrasound blood flow detector???????

Why the receive signal (echo) is a Rf signal ????? i can use another type of amplifier for example i'm using a Rf tuning amplifier i can use another???

    Doppler ultrasound blood flow detector???????

Can u tell me the common IC's that i can use???? thanks for the answer

    Doppler ultrasound blood flow detector???????

Well if i want put my oscillator to connected to transducer i won't have problem with the impedance of this cirstal???? coz i have the problem that i connected my oscillator to cristal and the voltaje donw my friend said me that i need a follower voltage but the Opam doesn't support the high...

    Doppler ultrasound blood flow detector???????

thanks Well the method that i'm working is continus doppler only i want the blood flow but tell me about the mixer theory is necessary in the oscillator a sine signal or i can use a square signal??? all articles that i read said that sine is necessary for mixer one signal, i know that this...

    Doppler ultrasound blood flow detector???????

thanks for the advice Well as u see the received signal is very small and is in DC so the second option that u gave is the better for me, for example i will test my work first with a human heart and after with fetal heart so the most important for me is the oscillator i know that i most...

    Doppler ultrasound blood flow detector???????

another question Well here i upload 2 images as u know i made a experiment where one hospital gave me a Doptone and of course i used a osciloscopio where i checked the oscillator signal and of course the received signal of my transductor the "imagen1" is the oscillator signal as u see the...

    Phase-shift with transistor

I really know what type of transistor i must use for Phase-shift 90° in advance, i have a signal sine of 2 MHz and i want chance his phase 90° in forward so what type of transistor i need????
