    Looking for resources on RF circuit layout

    it denpends on what you want to design. You can first circuits smulation by eda tools, such as ADS, Cadence..., then use the layout tools: Cadence, Ledit... first of all, you must make sure what frequcy band you want to use. have fun

    Why choice 50 ohm system?

    but in MW monolithic ic, it seems the 50 ohm can have the best performace, no reflection, so the 50 ohm coax resource not fit for MMIC or HMIC tech. i think

    Design LNA in ADS and cadence

    i am now designing a Ka band LNA, but i simulate in ADS and then chang the enviroment to cadence directly, only make DRC rule by hand, not aotu.
