    Re: Power on Reset When power is on, some curent charge the capacitor and the voltage of capacitor increases slowly. At the beginning, the voltage is lower than some threshold voltage and all elements in the system is reset. And then , the voltage is higher than that threshold voltage...

    I can't use external resistor ,so I should consider the ±20% variation of resistor and its temperature coefficient .

    Yes, the current source is use as reference.the current range is less than 1mA. the power supply voltage is 2.5/3.3/5.
