I dont think digital oscilloscope can give unbalance information of I/Q signal in detail.I just know if you use the Agilent instrument -89600,you can get the result what's you want.Other instruments can demoulate the input I/Q signal are your choice too.
If you are a communication system designer,you have better to use ADS.
It takes long time to control it,but you will
get much help from it.I think other EDA software cannot reach that level.
oh,i agree with mr_ghz very much.you know,saw filter is called customer device,so you must give the specification
to the designer,for example,bandwidth,insertion loss,vsws,balanced or sigle end in/output....
the epcos and thomson are very good and big saw filter supplyer.
