Can anyone suggest me towards the best PIC "C" cross compiler? I heard that CCS C compiler is good but is expensive too!!
Can gcc be ported for the same use? Or any free compilers on "Open Source" for this micro-controller?

Decoupling is accomplished by assigning different capacitors to different frequency ranges. The less expensive, higher-inductance caps scattered evenly over the board decouple the low frequencies. Since lower frequencies are not as affected by inductance, the parts do not...
