can anyone design a digital filter(FIR INTERPOLATED) in matlab simulink which can be over sampled 4 times,the input freq to the filter is 44.1 khz,so when it is sampled 4 times its frequency is 176.4 and the coefficients are 155 to 156, pls help me pls
