I'd buy the Rigol instead. It's a tad more expensive but you do get a 3 year parts and labor warranty.. Plus Rigol make many of Agilent's products which Agilent re badge.
I bought the Rigol DS 1052E from MCS Test Equipment and have been very pleased with it.
I don't think you'll regret the Rigol unit. I've got one and I'm very happy with it.
If you decide to go for the used Tek scope, I'd ask for a pic and what warranty you get with it. It's also best to get it calibrated from the supplier because if anything is wrong with it it'll be picked...

I didn't think the price was too bad all things considered.
There were Chinese companies that were cheaper, but it wasn't worth it to me for the hassle getting it here and then having to worry about sending...
