Thanks a lot, it is exactly that.
Thanks :)

Thanks a lot, it is exactly that.
Thanks :)
Hi everybody,
I have some kind of flat component I need to identifie.
I thought first the marking was X11 but it appears it is not a X but it seems to be a V and an A put one over the other.
The part I am looking for is a flat rectangle, with lead at 2 extremities. I thought it could be some...
Hi everybody,
I am looking for a SOT23 component with Code Marking T6C.
It is a 3 pins component so I'm guessin that pin 1 and 2 are on the same side of the part, and pin 3 is alone on the other side.
I measured voltage between it pin and got that :
V23 = 0.69V
V13 = 0.62V
with Vxy the...
Thnaks a lot for the answer, it does look a lot like it but my part does not seems to have any unconnected pins.
I have a Si6466ADQ ( www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/vishay/71182.pdf ) just near the GBKL and I have GBKL pins connected like that :
1: to an resistor and goes to another part
2...
Hi everybody,
I am looking for a SOT23-5 component with Code Marking GBKL.
As taking a picture don't have a really good result I draw the part.
The 5 bleu square are notches. I don't know if they correspond to the pin1 marking or to a brand mark.
Can someone tell me what is this part?
thanks
Hello,
thanks for the super fast reply.
ELM7S04B, TC7S04F/FU and RN5VD45AA seems the most suitable. I'll check them with more attention but thanks.

I am also looking for another part so I post it here juste in case.
It is a 6 pins part with marking 41FAH (the 1 and the A...
Hi everybody,
I am looking for a 5 pins component with Code Marking E5. I think the package is SOT23 but I'm not 100% positive.
As I can't take a suitable picture ( component too small) I drew it. There is a notch between two pins (n°1 and 2 I guess) and admitting the pin 1 is the one on the...
I finally managed to take a picture. the part is circled in red.
I also draw the part because I couldn't have a close picture.
Dimension (measured with a ruler) :
3mm*1.5mm*1mm
thanks
It's ok thanks for yout help.
I didn't notice before but there are some characters that have a libe above them.
I also have identified he type of component it is, is some king of power transistor with the marking : 4/1F/AH with /1 meaning 1 with a line above it.

I already did that before replying, it's not the right part. Mine has pin 1, 2, 5 and 6 connected together and is most likely used as a switch, that's why I thought it was a MOSFET or a transistor.
I did found something on the NXP website :
PBSS4160V
60 V, 1 A NPN low V CEsat (BISS) transistor...
Hi everybody,
I am looking for a SOT23-6 component with Code Marking 41FAH (I'm not sure all of it is the marking code but it's what is written on the top of the package)
Can someone tell me what is this part?
From the rest of my PCB board i'm guessing it's some kind of switch (transistor...
