Hi can any one explain circular symmetry matching by using this matching how we can cancel the gradient effects. I know the one formula and i dont know how it works.
Formula:
p1(xy)=G1(XY)+C
In that they only mentioned How sti will protects from latch up and leakage current.
They didn't mention how to avoid the LOD effect which is caused by the STI.
