    How to model MOSFET in 3D by COMSOL

    Hello, I am trying to model a MOSFET in 3D by comsol, but I can't get the convergence solution. There is a 2D MOSFET model in model library, I just applied similar boundary conditions for my model. Can someone tell me how to run the simulation correctly? Thanks!

    Hello, I am a newer to the FPGA. I bought a Xilinx Spartan-3an FPGA Starter Kit recently. When I applied DC 5V on it, the power LED flickered. When I connected it to PC, the OS didn't show "Found New HardWare Device". Can someone tell me how to solve problem? Thank you!
