Dear all,
recently I need to buy some discrete MOSFET devices with cutoff frequency round 2 GHz. But I found most vendors only offer discrete BJT transistors with cutoff frequency (or transit frequency) specs. Could anyone kindly suggest me where I can find some MOSFETs with explicit fT?
Thanks,
Hi, lw1ecp
I've made another chip with a 20 GHz VCO followed by two CML divide-by-2 frequency dividers, in which both the 20-24 GHz and 5-6 GHz output spectrum could be observed. It could be found that the VCO's tuning range and output spectrum are fine. The 5-6 GHz output is also fine. But I...
Hi everyone,
The PLL output spectrum seems abnormally wide as shown in the attachment. It's a 20 GHz PLL design with 92 MHz reference and 256 divider-N. Can anyone tell me the potential reason?
Thanks,
Re: The DRC problem of local density violation near inductor for TSMC process
Thank you very much!:!:
Could you explain a bit more about where these switches are? Is there any information about the usage of these switches in the documents supplied by TSMC?
The DRC problem of local density violation near inductor for TSMC process
We have drawn some inductors using TSMC90nm as alternatives for the inductors supplied by PDK. But after we run DRC there were some problems of local density violation near the inductor(there were only bottom-most metal...
