Using two diodes in parallel is not a good idea. Your diodes are not perfectly identical physically. The diode which has the smaller drop (0.6volt or less for a shotkky) will transfer all the power...
No ZVS here ... need some triming i think... for zvs, your drain voltage have to be as low as possible. Resonance frequency of your LC must shape your drain voltage in a semi sinus waveform. just like here :

How much wire length between power supply and transmitter/receiver ?
On your schematic here above. The network made from R1 R2 R3 C1 C2 allows U2 to know what's going on on the output and to react to variations. This is called "regulation". Using your function generator, i think you don't have this regulation anymore.
