I want to sweep gate's offset voltage of the CS Amplifier.
I set VOFF as {VOFF} and added device PARAMETERS and made parametic sweep.
And you can see it works well (VOFF=1 to 10)
BUt the result is 0V/V at output what happens here?
Can't I make VOFF to variable?
P.S when I make Resistance or...
Thanks a lot. I found the Oasis.
I got around 2700k ohm at this simulation, and the hand calculation value is 500k ohm.
Is it resonable to tolerate this difference?
(I thought it remarks quite right value because It soars up when I off the transistor)
The subject is to make ro=500k, ID=100u by setting VG3,VG4 and W/L of MOSFET.
And I got the exact values from Hand-calculation, and am trying to test it by using LTSpice.
I did make this schematic. and DC currents of two mosfet was around 74uA (I don't know it is right way to measure...)...
I'm trying to simulate CS Amplifier with current mirror as SEDRA Book described.
It has such DC parameters (kp,vto,lambda...)
I selected monolithic MOSFET NMOS4, PMOS4, and I downloaded MOSFET models at this websites (https://cmosedu.com/cmos1/book.htm)and included that Models.
And we can see...
I am simulating the Common source amplifier circuit with current mirror. I wanted to see the frequency reponse of this circuit. And I got the constant value as you see the upper graph.
I have finally noitced if I change the value the parastic properties at Input Voltage Source, It shows the...
I know that I can change model parameter in PSPICE.
But I wonder if I can revise it one by one.
ex) M3 : W=5, L=0.1 , M4 : W=10, L=0.1
How can I do that?
Hi, I'm trying to make spice simulation.
I have used PSPICE Lite edition, and I got to use this Lspice because of the limit of the PSPICE
(It has number limit to use component)
And I am trying to revise W or L size in LTspice, But it is hard to find it.
Can I adjust W or L size at the LTspice?
