I am saying that somewhere and something is wrong in UPS electronic or firmware.
I would like understand how it works electrically and logically.
For instance, UPS without any load, batterie is full charged (dysplay shows 100%, Voltage =55,5 V), I press "power" button, UPS goes in "stand by"...

Prologue:
UPS, which mentioned above, charges yours batterie up to 100%.
I carried out the batterie test. The UPS has displayed -test OK.
After switch on/off procedure the charge level dropped approx. to 60-70%.

looking at IC's map (shown above) I see electrolytic capacitor which signed as a "1,23 V reference".
